All about Ms. Lindsey
I come from in the booming metropolis of Dripping Springs, Texas. I grew up with my brother, two sisters, and tons of pets. After I graduated from high school, I moved to California to attend Stanford University, where no one believed me that Dripping Springs is the name of a real town.
I majored in psychology and stayed to get my masters in elementary education. I love the Bay Area, but the pull of Austin, family, and (even though I didn't know it at the time) Bridge Point was too much to keep me there.
When I moved back to Austin, I spent eight years teaching at Casis Elementary in Austin Independent School District. While there, I taught third, fourth, and fifth grade and loved every one of them. In 2015, I joined the fourth grade team at Bridge Point, and I am happy to call this school with its amazing community home. I look forward to spending this year with all of my new fourth graders!
